This programme is exclusively designed for consultants with experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years and is tailored to enhance our consultants' recruitment skills, empowering them to achieve consistent goals. ‘Talent Development’ provides a comprehensive approach to enhancing skillsets, working collaboratively with other cohorts whilst receiving guidance from our experienced and successful consultants within the company. We place significant emphasis on showcasing and conducting essential activities required to drive your business forward, as it is ultimately your business to take ownership of.

Top Biller Programme

Consultants strive to be part of this highly coveted programme! It aims to enhance the skills, relationships, and billings of already high-performing experienced consultants. The program runs for eight months and provides a comprehensive analysis of the consultant's performance to identify strengths and weaknesses in the recruitment process. Consultants will also learn how to optimise their current performance and receive tailored individual improvement plans to advance their business and market. The programme offers advanced development for experienced recruitment consultants.

Billing Manager Programme

Have you considered taking on a managerial or directorial role in a recruitment company? This transition can be challenging, especially moving from a Billing Consultant to a Billing Manager. To aid in this transition, an 8-month programme is available, providing extensive training on the necessary skills to manage and inspire a team while maintaining one's own performance. In addition, 360 feedback is provided both before and after to measure the impact. Participants can also expect peer group support throughout.

Lee heads up our L&D team at PRG. With almost a decade of experience, his focus is on how we can continually improve and develop both our training and our people here at PRG. With our expansion across the globe, Lee is taking lead on offering excellent support on a global scale to ensure each office receives the same high standard of support.

Charlotte Herapath

Learning and Development Consultant

Charlotte is one of our Learning & Development Consultants at PRG. Having been with us for the last 5 years in a recruitment role whilst leading a team, joining L&D was the next natural step for her. She specialises in working with our Trainee Consultants and offers a wealth of knowledge as well as a real life insight into life at PRG from the sales side.

Starting his career in IT, Marcus is now a crucial part of PRG L&D, introducing all IT & Systems products to new starters, and strategising best use of software across the business. His knowledge on all of the software we have invested in as a business is key to helping individuals continually improve throughout their career.

Meg is one of our Senior Learning and Development consultants here at PRG, integral to our L&D programme, specialising in working with our Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
