Since then, we have diversified and grown from our two founders into hundreds of employees, our global office locations span from our headquarters in Bristol to the USA and India, and our unique brands have multiplied. Following a hugely successful career within a global recruitment firm, our founders Mark Lloyd and Tom Hibberd took the decision to fulfil a long-term ambition of building a company from inception, launching our first brand, Panoramic Associates, where they began operating from a small serviced office in central Bristol.
Our third Managing Director, Neil Willis-Stovold, joined the business with ten years of experience in Technology and Engineering recruitment and launched the UK’s most exciting & innovative technical recruitment firm. iO begins offering UK based organisations access to the same client-centric approach that has driven Panoramic Associates’ success to date.
Precision Resource Group is born! The group company is established in order to deliver industry-leading operational capabilities for the brand entities, as well as enabling rapid expansion, further diversification and unparalleled cross-company career opportunities for all employees.
The growth is exponential! 2018 brings us so many exciting ventures such as the launch of Panoramic Care, specialising in Social Care, Healthcare and Education. We rolled out some fantastic incentives and introduced a share scheme for employees as well as reaching a head count of 100 people…and it isn’t slowing down!
Despite Covid-19, iO Associates launches a new office in the North East of the UK, developed an Engineering team operating across Europe, as well as a specialist Cloud technology team across the pond in Tampa, USA. In 2022, we continued our expansion efforts and successfully established a new office in Philadelphia.
Once a division of Panoramic Associates, now due to it’s continued success and increased cross-industry demand, Finitas became a specialist brand in its own right, headed up by Stuart Macarthur. Finitas, specialist recruiters operating within the Fintech and Insurance market.
In May 2022, we flew over 170 of our employees to Barcelona, where we had our annual sales conference. We reflected on the growth of the business, set new goals for the new year, announced some fantastic new incentives and plans, and honoured a whopping 32 new promotions!
Headed up by Deepak Sharma who relocated from our Bristol HQ, our expansion in to India is a natural step in improving our data strategy . Establishing a presence in India will allow us to attract and work with these experts to deliver better results for our clients.
Headed up by Director, Ross Markel, who will be leading the expansion in Manchester within the Tech, Digital and Engineering market. Establishing a presence in the north of the UK will allow us to attract and work with these experts to deliver better results for our clients.
We launched PRG Consulting; a brand committed to providing a solutions-based approach to our clients’ project requirements. We began offering genuine alternatives to the traditional consultancies, System Integrators, and Professional Services organisations that can be inflexible, restrictive, and far too costly. We became experts in providing delivery solutions far more quickly, flexibly, and cost-effectively.
2024 saw two PRG brands reunite, a move reflecting our dedication to streamline our business operations and increasing efficiency.
We continued our partnership under the Panoramic Associates brand, ready to support future talent requirements in the Public and Private sectors with customised solutions across
Health & Social Care, Education, Built Environment, Change & Transformation and Corporate Services sectors.
