On Friday, 23rd August, PRG gathered at the Bristol Cricket Club for an action-packed afternoon of family fun. The event was a great opportunity to celebrate how hard everyone had been working over the last couple of months.

🎨 Face painting
🍬 A pick-n-mix stand
🍔 A delicious BBQ with hot dogs, burgers and pasta salad
🏏 PRG Rounders tournament!

As the evening settled in, we enjoyed live performances from @joshaw2512 and @rad.naria, with @gardnauk and @jackcorfield making a special appearance to keep the crowd dancing and ensure everyone had an unforgettable time. 🎶

It was the perfect way to kick off the bank holiday weekend!

In addition, the event was a great way for us to support our partner charities; @jessiemaytrust, @changesbristol, @worldlandtrust, @younglivesvscancer and @bristol_arc. Everyone who attended made a small donation for attending the MEGA event!

At PRG, we are very proud to be a global company with offices worldwide! One of those offices is our India location, home to 37 dedicated employees. Last Friday, we celebrated the 2nd anniversary of this office's opening, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Director Deepak! 👏

There have been many milestones along the way since opening the office including:

A new award has been brought in called 'Manny of the Month' to honour someone in the Manchester office who has truly gone above and beyond, embodying our values and enhancing our culture. This award is voted on by everyone in the office, similar to a players' player award in football.

Jonty Day won the 'Manny of the Month' for June! Jonty exemplifies the values daily, bringing fresh ideas, and is always ready to help his colleagues. His outstanding work in the Scotland tech market and dedication to the dev community have added genuine value to the team. 👏

We also have a new addition to the team, Ruby, who has helped support the team with delivering great client solutions! 🐶

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞! 🤝🌎

Last month our team in India, along with Lee Kennedy, our Head of Learning and Development and Harry-Jon Booth, one of our Directors at iO Associates, joined efforts to raise money for the Mother Teresa Mission of Charity.

The team donated many raw materials including flour, cooking oil and pulses to the Old Age Home.

Inspired by our successful charity and social responsibility programs in the UK office, our India team aimed to replicate these efforts. They organised a trip and hosted some fun fundraiser games, raising about 33,000 Indian Rupees! 🙌

Charity work isn't just about helping others; it's also incredibly rewarding for the team. We're proud of our team's dedication and can't wait to see what they accomplish next.

🌴 The Top Achievers at iO Associates - US Enjoy

🌴 The Top Achievers at iO Associates - US Enjoyed the Bahamas! 🌴☀

On June 28th, our top performers flew to the Bahamas, staying at Warwick Paradise Island. They relaxed by the pool and dined at Edgewater Grill on the first day. 🏝🍽

Day two featured breakfast at Verandah and an unforgettable PRG Boat Tour with pigs, turtles, snorkelling, lunch, and an open bar! ⛴🐗🐢

After leisure time at the hotel, they dined at Tings on a Stick. The final day included breakfast before returning to Orlando. The trip celebrated their achievements and created lasting memories! ✈️
