Are you a recent graduate or currently working in sales, business development, customer service, insurance, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or another target-driven role?
We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join iO Associates as a Graduate Recruitment & Sales Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. Through our Princess Royal Training Award-winning training programme, you’ll receive the support, coaching and development needed to build a successful career in recruitment and sales.

- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Booking meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to placement
- Negotiating offers and commercial terms
- Building your market knowledge and professional network
- Working towards individual and team targets
