Recruitment at PRG is not just a desk job, there is so much more to it!
You are encouraged to immerse yourself into your industry’s community by going to Meet Up’s to network and find out more about what’s trending in your market, hosting client events or getting involved with the Bristol community supporting our chosen charities. So, what does that involve?

Meet Up’s

“One area that I feel differentiates PRG from others is the desire to fully immerse ourselves within our markets. This is something that I have been extremely passionate about and as such, I am now a regular attendee and sponsor of events within the local development community. Examples of this are DDD South West, which is an amazing event run by developers and for developers, where we are the sole recruitment sponsor. Also, .Net South West which is a monthly event held at Just Eat which includes talks by developers who are at the top of their game within their industry.

This is a great way to understand the area that you work within and network with the best talent. Also, they are really enjoyable! If you want to be the best sometimes you have to go above and beyond. That is why I love PRG because you are given the tools and trust to be the best consultant you can be!”

Principal .Net Recruitment Consultant

Client Days

We are passionate about building strong partnerships with the people we are working with and what better way to do that than taking yourself out of the business environment to really getting to know your clients. PRG gives you the opportunity to mix things up and do something different with your business development.

“For the second time this year we set up a client event at the Bath Rugby which is always popular and a great opportunity to get to know our clients ‘off the pitch’ so to speak. As usual we meet in the centre of Bath for a couple of drinks and talk shop a little then progress into the Rec to cheer on the Rugby. Afterwards a small circuit of Bath pubs to finish before making our way home. Why do we do this? We find out so much more about our client base and their requirements as well as ultimately taking the relationship to the next level. You can start creating a real collaborative working relationship which makes business so much more enjoyable for everyone involved.”

– Toby, Associate Director
