PRG Achieves Bronze TIDE Award for Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace

We’re delighted to announce that Precision Resource Group (PRG) has been recognised with a Bronze TIDE Award from ENEI. A benchmark that celebrates organisations taking measurable action to drive diversity, equity and inclusion.

The TIDE (Talent Inclusion & Diversity Evaluation) framework is one of the UK’s leading measures of workplace inclusivity. It assesses organisations across areas such as recruitment and attraction, culture and engagement, leadership commitment, and impact measurement. Achieving a Bronze Award demonstrates PRG’s clear commitment to embedding diversity and inclusion (D&I) across our culture and ways of working.

A Milestone in Our Journey

For PRG, this recognition reflects years of effort to move beyond words and into action. From our internal committees and employee networks, to training programmes, accessible recruitment processes, and community initiatives, D&I sits at the heart of how we operate.

At PRG, People First isn’t just a value we put on a wall; it guides everything we do. Over the past two years, we’ve strengthened our approach by:
